Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team manage and oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. Reporting directly to the Co-founders

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Company brand and positioning
  • Designing and delivering customer acquisition campaigns
  • Ongoing customer engagement
  • Ongoing investor engagement
  • Creating and growing a world-class internal marketing capacity
  • Managing suppliers

Build the following capabilities:

  • Brand management
  • Public Relations
  • Conferences and events
  • Digital Engagement
  • Internal Communications

Work closely with:

  • The senior leadership team
  • Internal marketing team (to be built)
  • External partners

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have previously built a word-class marketing team from scratch
  • Have worked in a publicly listed company
  • Have managed a $10m+ annual marketing budget
  • Been a major contributor to Series A (or later) fundraising, or an IPO
  • Led an internationally focused high-volume B2B client acquisition
  • Built affiliate programs in multiple continents
  • FinTech or a general e-commerce background is preferred
  • Experience of emerging markets will be a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a marketing discipline
  • A natural team player
  • Innovative and boundary-challenging
